Yes Spoiled Rotten Inflatables and Party Rentals is insured with liability insurance. Upon renting from Spoiled Rotten you will be required to sign a rental agreement stating the terms and conditions of the rental.

No, Spoiled Rotten Inflatables and Party Rentals does not require a deposit. We take the full payment at time of delivery unless you pay with a credit card while booking online.

Yes, Spoiled Rotten Inflatables and Party Rentals staff will deliver and set up rented equipment prior to the events start time. Spoiled Rotten's staff takes approximately 30-45 minutes to set up our equipment. We do require that you have adequate space for the item that you have rented. We also require that you proved and electrical outlet with SLO-BLO fuse or 15 AMP circuit with out anything else connected to it. The outlet also needs to be within 50 feet of where the inflatable will be set up.

Spoiled Rotten Inflatables and Party Rentals cannot guarantee weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have any reason to believe the inflatable and/or its users may be in danger. Some examples of severe weather are high winds, excessive rain, and lightening. In the event of severe weather, during a rental. All customer agrees that he/she/they will unplug the inflatable, allow it to deflate, and not use the inflatable until sever weather ends. The lessee has the option to cancel up to the time the equipment/inflatable is delivered. Once the equipment/Inflatable are released to the lessee, a refund will not be issued for any reason.

Spoiled Rotten Inflatables, and Party Rentals will deliver and set up an inflatable on grass, concrete, or asphalt. We will not set up and inflatable on sand, dirt, mulch, rock, or any surface Spoiled Rotten Inflatables and Party Rentals feels could damage the inflatables. We will also need access to the area the inflatable will be set up. Inflatables can be very large when rolled up and require sufficient space to gain access to set up area.
